Responsibilities:
1. Chair the department work comprehensively, assist general manager in cooperation and coordination among different departments;
2. Be responsible for the organization and implement of conference spirit, instructions, decisions, work arrangements and important matters and supervise the coordination work;
3. According to company archives standardization, check and conduct archive management for contracts and all kinds of documents;
4. Safekeep and supervise the use of company’s seal and letter of introduction; supervise website maintenance and management;
5. Be responsible for the management of company’s fixed assets library resources; optimize the resources and environment of office;
6. Be responsible for security, catering, logistical support, environmental sanitation, and other property management work, plus the inspection and evaluation of administrative management in every department.
Qualification:
1. Female, 28 years old; bachelor degree or above in business administration, law, secretary and other related majors; people with over 2 years’ experience in general manager assistant have the priority in admission;
2. Have some knowledge in public administration; be proficient in using Office software and automatic equipments; have basic knowledge about network;
3. Have good expression and communication skills; be meticulous and careful in work; be adept in acquiring new knowledge and innovation;
4. Have relatively strong activity in work and the sense of active service; have good professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
