1. Environmental requirements

2. Grounding
In the computer system in order to ensure stable and reliable computer systems, to prevent capacitive coupling interference, protection equipment and personal safety, it must have a good grounding system. In grounding system to earth ground resistance to that good or bad, the general grounding resistance should be less than 4Ω, check the ground conditions recommended your organization.
