SBW-F series microcomputer controlled non-contact AC power supply is a new type voltage regulator that was developed by our company, combining imported technologies and domestic status quo. It adopts the advanced controlled silicon non-contact switch, microcomputer controlled AC voltage regulation technology and autotransformer.It has high efficient energy saving, fast adjustment, three-phase automatic balance, no abrasion of carbon brushes and mechanical failures. The controlled silicon adopts the non-contact mode with no interference for the state grid. The multi-route synchronous switchover greatly improved the adjusting time of voltage regulator. The advanced main loop and control system design effectively improve the dynamic stability and eliminate the common-mode current impact caused by the contact point switch and system damage caused by the overloads. The central control system adopts the SCM control with the LCD display, outstandingly shows the equipment’s safety, stability, and the friendly interface.

It is ideal for the unattended communication systems, broadcast systems, manufactures, power plants, computers, major medical equipments, elevator voltage and so on.
·Features
■Simultaneous switching through multi-channels, which greatly increases adjustment time of voltage regulator.
■SCR(silicon controlled rectifier) applies zero-crossing trigger, which exerts no influence on power grid.
■Delayed output: after plugging in, it will delay 5-8 seconds to start the operation;
■It has strong instant over-capacity, dramatically enhancing the reliability of the system.
■When the regulator is on the fault or on the maintenance, the power supply can be automatically or manually connected;
■The RS232 and RS485 interfaces enable the remote control, remote communication and remote testing (optional);
■The powerful instantaneous overload ability greatly improves the stability of the system operation;
■When the state grid changes instantaneously or being stroked by lightning, the lightning conductor can provide the good surge protection (optional);
■The central controlling system applies single chip, equipped with LCD, which particularly manifests security, stability, energy conservancy and the humanization of human-computer interface.
■Over/under voltage protection, short/wrong phase protection;
■Automatic testing: when the hardware occurs the fault the microcomputer will automatically diagnosis to send the light alert signal;
■When the voltage of power grid is 4% more or less than the nominal voltage, voltage regulator can stop running automatically and power supply is at direct status.
■Main power double bypasses: when the hardware is out of order or the fuse sufferes from short circuit and then the voltage of electrical power network changes in 10% of rated voltage range the voltage regulator can automatically supply the power in the direct through status. In this situation, it can manually be switched to the main power directly through status by the” main power/voltage regulation” bypass switch;
■Automatic temperature-control: when the coil temperature of isolation transformer is over +70℃, the auto-temperature controller can automatically start fans cooling function;
