Responsibilities:
1. Formulate, engage in or assist managers at next higher level to implement related policies and regulations;
2. Be responsible for daily management of department work; manage, instruct, train and evaluate departmental staff;
3. According to sales strategies, effectively monitor and organize the implementation of production scheme; track and analyze production data; propose measures for continuous improvement;
4. Manage and control assorted production fees; formulate apparatus management regulations, equipment maintenance process and purchasing and acceptance procedures for equipment and devices; control repair costs and fixes asset investment.
Qualifications:
1. Male, under 40 years old; bachelor degree or above in electronics or other related majors; people with over three years’ experience in project management have priority in admission;
2. Have excellent ability in group construction, management, incentive and training;
3. Have outstanding negotiation, communication and coordination ability.
